Plum Porter and Pasilla Marmalade


GingerBeard, feeling inspired by one of his closest friends, developed an unique Marmalade from locally brewed Ashley Down's Plum Porter. Since he was eating nachos when he thought of it, he decided to make a version inclusive of the Pasilla Chilli. A black pepper which adds a very mildly spicy and fruity flavour to the sweet Seville oranges in a match made in heaven. Lift up your marmalade cake and spice up your breakfasts!
